This 2-day course covering the Incident Management System will review core principles and concepts of IMS functions and expand upon their applications. Participants will have the opportunity to implement their knowledge during a tabletop exercise and will set up an Incident Command structure. All successful participants will receive an IMS-200 certification from Emergency Management Ontario.
The first day of the course is completed in a self-study format and can be completed anytime prior to the Day 2 activities. Day 2 will be conducted in a virtual classroom where we will complete the IMS-200 group exercises.
